I had got Hannspree 32 inch curb monitor, with less then 8 month it had problems, contact repair centre paid to sent to repair centres, it been 3 weeks monitor had not fixed been told waiting replacement of monitor. Repair team don’t know when it will come, my advice is not to buys Hannspree monitor. Even if is on sale or discount price not worth it.
Absolutely shocking.
I had an issue with my monitor as there was power but no display so I contacted them to raise a warranty claim.
They then passed me onto repair tech and i even paid
£15 for a box.
I now have been told it has a smashed screen and are refusing to cover it, there was no damaghe when it left me, it is clear transit damage but they are refusing to do anything about it.
Do not buy a monitor from this company.
Brand new one dead on arrival - refused a new one and instead collected for repair and still nothing back 11 days later. Absolute joke. No Comms or service.
