Excellent Service. I had the wrong item sent to me, I sent them a message and got a response straight away. The staff member was extremely friendly and understanding. They had the correct item express posted the next day and it arrived the following day. They then advised to keep the incorrect item and recommended to donate to charity which I have done. Extremely happy with the product received, well priced, arrived quickly and excellent customer service.

The things were exactly what I expected, the price was reasonable, and the employee was extremely helpful and speedy. What more could a web shopper ask for?

Bought a diffuser and oils from their site, postage was free over $99 so my diffuser was sent freight free. It was processed and sent that very day, which is amazing.

hart&heim have been more than accommodating, I mistakenly had my order sent to the wrong address. I messaged hart&heim on facebook and they got back to me so quickly and resolved the issue - even got me free shipping! The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful.

I ordered 3 items from the website and a few days later the parcel arrived. The products were as expected, the price was good, and the staff member to which I spoke to make the credit card payment was very helpful and efficient.

Cheapest price + postage found on net here found for Mr.P tape dispenser. Great communciation and fast postage - what more could an online customer want!

Purchased a couple of items for a fathers day gift a week before fathers day, so paid the extra for express postage just to make sure we received it in time. Called the day after to check that it would be sent and was told it was in stock in another store, would be transferred and posted by the wednesday. Which given it was coming to brisbane Metro should mean it would arrive by thursday. Perfect. WRONG. called up to check on thursday and was told neither item was in stock so would have to wait probably till the following week. Called the following week, had no idea when it would be in, but assured wouldn't be too long. Emailed with no response later that week, so called the week after (more than two weeks after making order), was told was arriving that week and would be posted. Finally received an email on the wednesday saying it had been posted. Since I'd paid for express post I expected it to arrive thursday, really not shocked that it didn't, couldn't be bothered calling again, so waited to friday, once again didn't arrive, so called. Apparently had been posted, but express post doesn't necessarily mean next day (this is incorrect according to Aust post), Finally arrived on the monday - over three weeks since ordering. Was what expected, and very unique gifts - great store, just a shame about the service.

Called several times, left messages, sent emails, to get an item which was out of stock. Was ignored for about 2 months, manager said item will be ordered, but went on holidays for a couple of weeks without ordering. By then my voucher was about to expire so I used it on some stuff I didn't really want in the first place. Website was clunky and crashed a couple of times; wouldn't accept Paypal and voucher at the same time. Shipping time was OK though.

I found the products to be very unique and fun!! The service was very simple, however the website was a bit of a let down. It was very slow and when clicking on things, it didnt flow.....i would have to go back to where i began and start all over to look at items.

I like the product range, however the delivery time was quite slow (took 2 weeks +) so did not get to use the item as a birthday present as intended. Would shop again, but taking the long delivery time into account.

I found the perfect birthday present for my nephew through hart & heim it was totally unique! I also managed to buy a few other goodies and although they were out of stock of one item their prompt email response regarding this matter will definately make me want to shop with them again

Products were as expected, delivery was within a reasonable time frame. The only concern was that the package was open when recieved. The opening was also large enough that the items could have been removed.

They had a computer glitch which meant that my payment details didn't go through on my order properly but they chased it up well, were very chatty and responsive, and the order was still delivered very efficiently! And Iove what I bought!!
