They do not hold up to any of their policies. They are rude, slow, and try and be very secretive, which is plain strange. DO NOT order anything, even something worth a dollar, from them. There is no customer service and chances are you'll be calling your credit card company disputing anything bought from them.
Ordered a sofa bed dec.11,2009 by alphaville for my daughter. It was supposed to be a christmas present. Online it said it was in stock after I ordered and paid for it I was told it was not in stock but would be delived first week of jan. So I said ok after I talked to my daughter to see if she wanted something else.Long story short it's April 2010 no sofa lots of lies, Feb March6, March 13 the latest have been communicating with a guy named michael and he said to make a complaint to the sales dept? why so they could laugh and throw it away?
What kind of business is this. They have made no attempt to compensate me for the time or even appologize. It's appalling!
Canceled the sofa bed and want people to know this is a bad compant to deal with!
