Quality Service

Products were delivered as promised and in good condition. I received multiple emails informing me of the progress of my order (because one item was slightly delayed), as well as a clear description of what to do if the items were damaged through shipping, which I have never before seen, but very much appreciate.

If I could, I would give 10 stars

hjem.dk has the best customer service. Everything can go wrong in online shopping went wrong. I forgot to add the pan I wanted, then I sent the wrong link to the pan, and my other purchase, a coffee grinder was malfunctioning, but hjem.dk has been very helpful and fast. Henrik and Camilla, you are the best customer support ever.
I cannot recommend hjem.dk enough.

Damaged, late.

One of the items arrived broken.
Very bulky packaging (didn't seem environmentally friendly).

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review; we truly appreciate it.

We sincerely apologize that you have received items that were damaged during transport. We cannot immediately see that you have been in contact with our customer service, but if you could send us a picture of the damaged items, we will ensure a replacement is arranged immediately.

We take great care to package all orders securely, but unfortunately, errors can occur when we send out a large number of parcels daily.

Regarding the delivery time, we can see that a delivery time of 5–15 business days was indicated for some of the items you ordered. This is because the items were out of stock at our warehouse and had to be sourced from our supplier first.

We apologize if this was not communicated clearly enough.

Dette skyldes, at vi desværre havde udsolgt på vores lager og først skulle have varerne hjem fra vores leverandør. Vi beklager, hvis dette ikke har fremstået tydeligt nok.
