Ordered a 'Mr Snugs' pet shelter which was unavailable from Amazon. Not only was it readily available, it was cheaper! The item arrived as described and ahead of the predicted delivery date.
We experienced no problems so did not have to contact the company and would have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

Ordered the item, arrived less than 48hrs later. I received emails thanking me for business, confirming order then confirming despatch. Product was as described but was the cheapest I'd searched for (by a long way!) Great company, will definitely use again!

I ordered the pets Christmas presents from the store this year. One cat and two dogs to buy for. The company contacted me rapidly to let me know that there would be a delay in posting one item due to a supply problem. They offered to give me a similar item (more expensive but of course wouldn't charge) to ensure I got them by Christmas or I could wait for the item to come in stock. It did come in and they posted it all next day delivery to ensure it all arrived on time. I have some very happy pets. The items were just as described and perfect.

Excellent communication and very speedy delivery. Their customer service (Zoe!) is second to none, extremely helpful and proactive with a flexible, solution-oriented approach. To really want to sort it out for the customer if things go wrong - that is to me the mark of a really excellent company, and I will very happily shop here again.

When I needed Fish4Puppies pet food at short notice the lady on the phone arranged for me to collect from the Packaging Cmpany they use which is local to me and even removed the delivery charge. She then added my area post code to thier website so it would always have a free delivery /collect option. First class cutomer service.

Responded to emails quickly and told me everything I needed to know. One of the items I ordered was too small, return was accepted straight away and refunded the next day. Other items that were kept are brilliant.

We run a busy boarding cattery and our cat beds needed replacing so I went on line and came across the Homepetshop website. There was a wonderful large selection of different types of pet beds to chooses from, and as it is difficult from a picture to tell just how strong they are I rang their contact number.
With it being a Saturday afternoon I did not expect a reply and left a message. A short while later the call was returned by Zoe who had seen there was a message left when she'd just popped into the warehouse. Zoe was amazingly helpful, she recommended a bed that she thought sounded the most suitable for our cattery needs. I ordered 6 initially which arrived promptly and were exactly the type of bed we needed, so we ordered another forty, which they personally delivered in a few days.
This is the first time we have used Homepetshop, but we will certainly go straight to them next time we need any similar accessories for the cattery.
