!!Answers e-mails!! Trying to keep you updated, when some delay (it was their national holydays). Then updating me on all other events and finally (in very short term) sent tracking number. Delivery was very fast, although I was expecting it much longer (and it suppose to be longer). Everything was safe and working. Just what I wanted! Right product, right color and right service! After waiting for months to receive the sflo2 version of this music player from Nationite, I decided to also purchase the Teclast T51 form House of DAP. While the experience overall with Nationite was quite painful (due to extended delays), the experience with HOD was quite pleasant. For those who don't insist on owning this player with 16 gb internal memory, then by all means go with the Teclast player form HOD. The service is excellent and the communication from Sunny is unbeatable. Both companies are at the mercy of Hong Kong Post, but my overall experience with HOD for this player (8 gb version) was quite good. I wish good luck to both companies, but in my opinion, HOD has a bit of an edge over Nationaite when it comes to customer service. Thanks again Sunny for your service, and the T51 player is great. By the way, the T51 comes with better included earphones and a cleaning cloth, but both players appear to perform similarly as regards sound quality.

The item arrived a bit late, but that was because it was Chinese New Year, so I won't take that into my review. The customer service treated me very well and they speak the English language good as well.
The product (meizu m8 se) was in perfect state and packed very well. I will order ,if needed, again from this shop!
