I purchased these toners as they were a good price, spending over $300. Paid extra to have it delivered within 2 days( RECEIVED A WEEK LATER) . Received duct taped toners, so thought okay they were less than the $500 I could have spent..toner spilled all over my machine, they sent me new toner, all duct taped bottles as well. I returned them and they said they never received them. Terrible customer service, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! BIG SCAM!! SPENT 6 MONTHS TRYING TO RETRIEVE SOME OF MY MONEY, NOT A PENNY BACK!

I placed an order on May 10, 2010 for toner for a brother fax machine. Gave them the model and serial number in the comments. Got the wrong one a few weeks later. Emailed them - over and over. One time they emailed back - said the correct one was on the way. It never arrived. Over and over they do not reply. I have been cheated out of $25.98 Stay away from these folks. Too many good business people are selling toner to fool with them. I want my money back. Invoice 100017424

I purchased compatible toner cartridges for my Phaser 7750 printer, but when I tried to insert them into the printer, they would not go in. I complained to houseofinkjet.com, and they told me to change a part from the old cartridge to the new. I also had to remove some take around the from of the cartridge to allow it to go into the printer. THey told me that "compatible cartridges may different little bit" and "(This never happened to us)." I do not recommend buying anything from these people. They have a warranty, but don't want to stand by anything!
