Poor.
The product that I purchased was not as advertised. My HTC has an extended battery and I was told that this charger would work and it does not. It was a waste of my time and money. I do not have any more time to waste.

First of all, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we've caused. The desktop charger that you have purchased (http://shop.htcpedia.com/htc-rezound-charge-sync-desktop-dock-w-spare-battery-slot-fits-w-case.html) does in fact work with an extended battery. In order to use the dock with your extended battery you will first need to remove an insert from the slot.
I figured you did not remove an insert and therefore was not able to use it with an extended battery. Please let me know if you were able to remove the insert and use it with your extended battery.
