They flagged my transaction as possibly fraudulent and refuse to send me the product until I fax or email a bank statement. All of this because the shipping address is different than the billing address on the card I used. I'm in the military, stationed at ft Knox, but my bank statements are set to send to my home in Texas. And what if I wanted to send a gift? This is the stupidest form of fraud prevention I've ever experienced
Worst part is, the email they sent me doesn't even include a phone number I can reach them at.
