Won't give me the product I ordered, or my money back
I ordered 2 blue ray players a month ago, still nothing. I called the company once I saw the charge on my cc bill, and David who manages their EBay sales, told me it was my fault because even though they had my name, address, items I ordered and funds, I didn't complete their check out process. He informs me that they are now sold out of my items and he would issue a refund.
As of now, no refund has been issued, and I had to file with the bank to contest the charge. Of course, ikor design hasn't bothered to respond.
Do they really think they should keep my money and not give me the product?
