I have never had such bad experience with a business, moreover, cheated on ! I was looking for an exhaust hose for a Soleus AC. They had them, but not the model I needed so I emailed them. There answer was that they verified with Soleus and can get the part I sent another email and asked Confirmation as to what would happen if it didn’t fit and they responded that they guaranteed it and that it wouldn’t happen. Well I paid doe the part and shipping $20. It took quite a while to get it after a few attempts I got it. Didn’t fit. Sent email, no response, 2 email, Rudy responded saying they didn’t get the first one and told me to call Soleus directly because it was their part. I spoke to Soleus and they told me they don’t have any record of the PO I was given and that they don’t manufacture the part I requested. I tried I-market again and again and they never resolved my issue. I lost money and couldn’t use the part, I the garbage, $50 down the drain! Don’t ever trust these people they lie and manipulate. I have all the emails and proof of what happened and no one did anything about it!

Beware of Bait and switch pricing. They put an item up for a great price, but then when you order it they say that it is no longer available, at that price and if you would like to still purchase it you can do so at a higher price. But you can turn around and go straight back to their website where the price is listed at the exact same price. And they will tell you oh well thats because we MAY be getting more in the future. WHOA WHOA WHAT? So I can buy it at $20 more but you dont have any in stock at that price? Thats right when we get more in stock they are going to be a higher price. But we wont honor the price that we just took your money for, instead we are going to refund you money and force you to buy it at a higher price if and when they come back in. Wait so you might not even get any? That is correct. So why are they still listed on your website at the lower price? Oh thanks for letting me know Ill go change the price right now. There its changed, do you want to buy the product now? I can have it there in 2 days? Wait what? I thought you didnt have them? We dont but we will still take orders for the higher price and we will take your money for it and wait to see if they come in.

I was misinformed about a phone I bought from them. I was told the ringer was able to be shut off or lowered. The ringer can't be changed at all. The handset volume can be adjusted but not the ringer. They wouldn't let me return the phone, they wouldn't even let me exchange the phone. The phone is no good to me because the ringer is to loud in my apartment. Terrible company, I had to call 3 days in a row to even get a answer. They would never call back. I had to keep calling and calling. Do NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!
