Abusive & Foul language from inoot customer service
I brought a product via Play.com Trade (a dismally crap version of Amazon Marketplace) from a seller there by the name of inoot/GamesNGadgets. After placing the order I found out that it was infact not the product advertised. It was advertised as an original Xbox charger but then after placing the order I was told it was only a compatible version - which was not what was wanted. I tried to cancel the order immediately, however all cancellation Emails were ignored by iNoot. Eventually I got this message back from iNoot - someone supposedly called Shahid Shabbir (sshabbir2002@hotmail.com), whose email text was this piece of poetry:
"Stop bull shitting, you seem to be a conman yourself and just want to give silly excuses because you wanted to cancel the order and return the product, the products are all ce approved so don’t give me the shit of dangerous product
You fucking Moron "
I also contacted play.com and forwarded them all emails as they have something called a Play Gurantee (which is anything but). They are equally terrible. Customer service in Philippines & like robots reading scripts. They don't want to know & are waste of time. Couldn't get a refund from Play or iNoot. This one is definitly one to avoid!

Refused to give refund without checking the facts
I just reported a faulty item and was told that they'd sold thousands of the same product without any complaints so they're not going to give me a refund!

This company (INOOT.CO.UK) is the commercial version of a smouldering pile of domestically produced festering dog poo.
No seriously though, they're not that good!
Firstly, they get your cash; preferably via PayPal, it's guaranteed for them.
Secondly, they just bung the nearest piece of 'stuff', probably something they just found lying about on the floor, into a jiffy bag and post it to you. Job done (or so they believe).
Thirdly, when they receive enquiries as to "where is the item I ordered, I didn't order what you sent me".
That's it.
There's no more communication, no apology, no explanation AND more significantly, NO REFUND.
They've got your hard earned cash and you haven't.
Honestly, they really are a great company not to do business with.
Be warned, forewarned is forearmed…
End of story.
