Happy to revise my view when iPhone experts bother to respond...

This is the second time that I have used these guys. They are super efficient and both times the screens have been top quality and expertly fitted. You would never know it had been replaced.

I can't thank them enough for helping me out. As they are local, they fixed my screen the same day both times.

My iPhone 5's volume button and Wi-Fi were working intermittently and I have decided to see the IPhone Experts for a repair.
Half-hour later my phone was fixed and working perfectly since then. Very quick and cheep repair.

Process painless apart from postage costs and bill!

I went to their premises as it is local to my daughter's school. They were very helpful and the screen on iphone was replaced within the hour.

A great service but would recommend contacting them before hand and not just dropping in. It is only fair to make them aware that you are calling in.

Easy quick process at a wonderful price. Phone was back and fully working within days. Would use again and recommend. Very happy :o)

After looking at the reviews of the top 3 rated repair firms I opted for I-phone experts because they seemed to have better reviews, I noticed some of the competition had queried multiple reviews to remove poor ones. Anyway my front and rear screens were broken so I went for the full refurb for £85 and the phone was returned fully refurbished with a three day turn round, I would definitely use them again.

My iPad air screen had broken and after much research I somehow selected iPhone experts to repair it. The internet site was good and I could place my order very easily. I didn't select the express service though and sent the iPad air at my own cost. However since the day I sent them the device and hey confirmed they received it I didn't any further update from them. They received the device on 14th May and I received he device back on the 30th may. During this period there was not a single update to me either via email or call. I had to call them on two occasions seeking an update. They told me my home button also needed to be changed in pursuit of changing the screen. They didn't charge me for that but I am not happy with the home button they replaced me with. It feels so not original of the iPad air and even my 8 yr old son could feel it he moment he touched it. They didn't even thunk it necessary to inform me before changing the home button.
I was not happy with this delay and I didn't know not taking the express service would delay it by so much. I did vent to my frustration over the phone and they did refund me £5 for my postage. This however was because I was not able to track my device since it left their factory.
Over all I am not a happy customer of iPhone experts and I don't think I would recommend them to anyone. I am happy with the screen replacement but certainly not with the home button they replaced.

I would thoroughly recommend this company for the manner in which they dealt with the fault with my ipad. I expected to pay for a new touch screen but was informed that the problem could be easily rectified and my ipad was returned in 3 days with only a token payment for the work done. They offered advice and help in the future if the fault reoccurred. FIRST CLASS

I can't believed how quick the service was . Very helpful and friendly. I wasn't excepting my item to be repair and sent back within the next day. Many thanks I am very please with it all. I will make sure I let everyone know

I was kept informed all the way about the status of my repair. I was given an exact time when my iPad would be returned to me and it arrived promptly. The repair was excellent - as good as new and I was without my iPad for very little time and that was just with the normal service. I feel reassured that I know where to go if I ever need anymore repairs in the future. Thank you.

After my daughter failed to look after her very expensive Iphone and then took some very bad advise on how to sort the problem out, the phone was sent to Iphone Experts. They couldn't have been more helpful and although the damage was much worse than originally anticipated, they did get it working again. They did warn that there may be issues due to the damage further down the line so at least I know what to expect.
Would highly recommend them.

I sent my iPad flying off a counter and shattered the screen. Apple quoted about £200 to repair it. Instead I went to i-phone.experts who repaired it immaculately for less than half the price. I sent it to their workshop on Monday and it was returned by lunchtime on Thursday, looking like new.

Excellent service. Managed to get our iPad back to us in just over 48 hours - all fixed, good as new. The only way the service could be improved would be if it had been delivered by Brazilian dancers, sadly not an option they offer at this time.
