This company took my money and never sent the products. I have been waiting since Dec 2010. Tried numerous emails and phone calls eventually got him on 7th Sept and was instructed to send a paypal request for the money. still not received, can't get in touch with him again and the request was cancelled today!!
Extremely bad service.
I have recently received goods from this company and I must say that I found their customer service very good. I am pleased with the products and can say that I have read some reviews on boards.ie and would have to disagree with the negative comments. I can and will be ordering from this company in the future and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone
i placed an order on the 4th of oct and it is now the 8th of dec and i have still not received my order.I have sent numerous e-mails and phone msgs and have received little contact back.customer service is a joke.
