Fantastic customer service…

Great customer service with helpful and informative advice. I popped in yesterday for a case and some help with difficulties I was having with my i phone. I was assisted by sales advisor, Ella, who was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. We discussed, options for training and upgrading my phone and at no point did I feel any pressure. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the it store and will most certainly be returning for my next purchase. I've always had a great customer experience here and their products and service have always been reliable. I would highly recommend them!

Used on many occasions..friendly, helpful service, especially for those not overly confident about Apple products. Easy to pop in for advice and very reasonable charges. Recommended. Janelle Allison
