Jeans At-click 

I actually receive my package from this company on time only thing that I do not like is that the jeans was a little smaller than expected. The material is great though so I am very happy about that. I just have to drop a little pounds so I can squeeze in them LOL. Also you all had a great customer service like that I add.

They reply very slowly to mails and in broken English. After two months I still have not seen my items. They said they would do a paypal refund but have not. Now they claim that they have already processed the refund but will not offer any proof that they have done this (they haven't!)

You'd be better off making your own jeans at home!!!!!!

Don't buy there. They don' reply at all. They have drawn my account but have not sent the jeans after 3 weeks.

I waited three weeks in vain ... I never received the item. Fortunately I paid with Paypal, so I made a claim. If you want a good advice, do not buy on this site. There should be a law to prohibit this kind of online business scam!
At the end, you learn from your mistakes...

After reading reviews here at trustpilot and some other websites I got a bit worried. But my jeans showed up as promised. It took 1 week from order to shipment, and 1 more week till it showed up at the door. From the order confirmation it was far from clear it would take this long. I could follow the shipment through the DPD tracking, got a tracking number from customer support. The mail tracking process was not state of the art though, compared to a bunch of other webshops where one is used to get mail alla along the chain, in this case the follow-up was not so tight.
But hey, I have a pair of new 506 :-)

I ordered jeans from them, paid $150. Since then I didn't receive my order, neither my money back. This "company" is definitely a scam.

The header says everything, absolute DONT shop.

I found them through Google's sponsored links - PPC adwords. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans and paid by credit card 18th Jan. They very quickly emailed me from a domain called 'Moneybooker' with noreply address saying that the Jeans-at-Click transaction would show as moneybookers and not to cancel it. No further confirmation of the order was sent so 5 days later I emailed them to see what was happening with the order. I received this:

Nothing received by the 28 Jan (10 days since the order was made) so chased again - still no reply. Chased them again on 2nd Feb saying I will cancel the order if not provided with delivery details. No reply again. Emailed to cancel the order and requesting a refund on 4th Feb and still heard nothing from them. I guess I now have to start the battle to get my money back. A very poor experience. I would NOT recommend this company. It appears to be run from Poland but hosts its site on a .co.uk domain. AVOID it!

Takes some time to deliver, but contact ok and good products

I ordered a pair of jeans 2 months ago. No jeans arrived and the company ignore all attenpts at communication. This is either extremely poor customer service or a fraud.

Do not go near this company.

I received what I expected in very good price, it took 1 week, but it is ok, I received tracing number and confirmation of my order, paid by paypal.
Ok!

I paid in advance, but received no confirmation, no tracking number, simply no information if my jeans had been sent or not. I wrote an email to them, but no reply. Very bad experience.
