Pushy sales
I was attracted to the store in West Bridgford by a colourful poster stating that 70 % of women wear the wrong bra size and inviting for a free fitting . I took my 12 years old daughter there to be fitted with her first ever bra. I had a rough idea of her size and asked for it only to be told that this size was not available at that moment in the store. Consequently the sales assistant managed to persuade my daughter and I that the size available (30 DD) was The correct size . My daughter was concerned about how tight it felt only to be told that bras are meant to be really tight. My daughter is slim and with a flattish chest and to this date wears a size 34 A. She was properly fitted in "John Lewis". I was back at jolielingerie to ask for a refund but this was refused . That is a very bad customer service and my daughter is very disappointed from her first ever fitting which is supposed to be a positive experience.
