Poor service
I received a jacket I ordered, which was obviously a fake - the logo was upside down! In addition they charged my credit card twice what was agreed on the site. When I emailled them for a full or partial refund they send me back a stock reply saying "customer first, service foremost" but failed to address any of my concerns. I have given them 2 stars rather than 1 as I actually did receive a jacket. I would steer clear of them, plenty of other more reputable sellers out there.

Bestilte mandag d.8/8 2 Peak performance jakker.
Skrev til dem lige efter bestillingen var udført, da jeg havde nogle spørgsmål, modtog venlige og brugbare svar på mailen dagen efter.
Mandag d.15/8, altså en uge efter har jeg modtaget begge jakker.
Ingen toldafgifter eller noget.
Helt sikkert ikke sidste gang jeg bruger joyousbuy.org.
