Great customer service after the sale!!!
I ordered a yard address sign last Fall. This Spring I noticed the paint was chipping off. I e-mailed the company and they responded quickly, I sent a few photos and they remade my sign without any complaint at all. In fact, I decided I wanted the bigger size so they sent that and I only paid the difference. Overall I was very impressed with their customer service after the sale. The new sign appears to be of very good quality.

Good quality at a reasonable price.
I ordered the cabin address/street name plaque in the copper color. I wish the letters would have been a bit more "stand-out" from the plaque but overall very nice and was done correctly :-)

Good selection with decent prices
Found several choices that fit my needs. I liked how I could search by size. This really helped as my available size was limited and it saved my a lot of time by not having to click each design I liked and see if the size would work for me. Shipping was quick and reasonably priced. I did have an issue where I ordered 2 signs and they only sent me one. My receipt shows 2 and I'm still waiting for their response, but it's only been a little bit, not even 1 full business day since I contacted them via email. I'll have to re-rate if they don't figure out what happened to my other plaque.

Wow! The 'Illuminator' Solar Light is just what was looking for.
Product is exactly like it was pictured on Website. Easy directions which made installation a breeze. Now address can be visible from the street.

Plaque came out great for the price!
We chose to go with this company after looking at comparables in price. The plaque came out great everything we wanted and more. I would give them 5 stars however there needed to be further confirmation as to shipping and status of the same. Had to email the company twice to get the shipping status, other than 2 emails the plaque and delivery was great!

The website needs to be updated. The color selection in particular needs to be upgraded. Iyou need to be able to build your own sign in the finish that you think you want. This preview is needed!!

I do not have real good faith that the color/finish that I chose will be a good one because your sample pics and the size of these pics is so small. --- Look at your website as if it was like a automobile website where you can build your own car: you could and should do that with your signs.

Love the address plaque, dislike the stake set up for yard install
I purchased this plaque a short week or so ago. The instructions for yard installation were practical and the stake set up appeared that it would secure the address plaque well enough. However, the stake they sent me was not the one pictured in the instructions. So to make a long story short. I spoke with customer service at justaddressplaques.com., they were helpful. Apparently the manufacturer sent me the wrong or the old instructions manual. Because the stake they sent me was not the stake in the picture, instead I received a 20" pipe that was flat at the bottom. I guess this is their new set up, which didn't work for me. So I purchased a stake from amazon that I can actually drive into the ground then slide this pipe/stake into that and secure in place (sort of like a stake for a flag pole or umbrella) which seems to be more practical, I would then be able to change the batteries in the address plaque without having to take it out of the ground every time. Hopefully it will work out. The plaque itself is very nice.

The quality and workmanship appear great, but individual performance is questionable.
I ordered a plaque for my son's new home with specific instructions on an apostrophe after the last letter in the surname since it ended with an "S". The person at the company thought there was an error in the placement so decided to insert the apostrophe between the last two letters instead of its requested placement in the order, which was specifically indicated on the order form. The plaque was a surprise gift for my son. When he received it, he didn't know who ordered it. He did notice the apostrophe was in the incorrect place, but didn't mention it. I finally asked about the plaque after the 30 days policy and discovered the incorrect workmanship. I didn't pursue it with justaddressplaques because of the written policy. After reading these reviews, I should have pursued it since it was a manufacture error, not an order error. I would love to resolve this if contact from justaddressplaques. I did reply to the order address in the email I received, but never heard from the company. Maybe this review, if reviewed, will receive some action to resolve. Other than that error, the plaque is of good quality and workmanship.

They have an excellent selection. Product quality TBD.That is a risk for a $100+++ expenditure. Different but good customer service. One is uncertain if theyare talking to the company or an outsource capability. No matter what it delivered. I did not get it that signs need to be made before recieving shipment confirmation. Sign here in 3 days, 17 vs. order date..

Bad Experience
Purchased rather expensive address numbers for the house and when I went to exchange them for a different color, I was denied, because it was just outside of the 30 day return policy. What harm is it to them? I was asking to exchange the numbers, not for a refund. Regardless, a good owner would do whatever it takes to make it right. Not so here. Not even willing to talk about it.
I work in design and building and will make sure all of my contractor and builder associates are aware of this.
Stay away.

Great looking placque!
High quality product. The brass screws provided were nice looking but not long enough to make it through the vinyl siding and insulation and grab the wood underneath. I had to buy longer screws.

Looks Great on our Home
Ordering process was simple, but it would have been nice if I could have seen what the finished product would look like before I finalized the order. After I got the plaque, I wish I would have spelled out the number "six" instead of using the actual number "6".
The addition of the free solar powered light was a great added value. It works quite well and our plaque can clearly be seen from the street at night.

Absolutely Awful Experience, Don't Know How You Stay In Business

In one word: Horrible
I placed my order in February 2012 for a half dozen numbers and letters that were advertised on their site as "ships in 3-5 days."
After 4.5 months of waiting for my order I finally got it. Wrong stuff.
Seven months later, my credit card has NEVER been reimbursed for the $150.
Do not do business with this outfit.

Thank you for your purchase and review. We do not carry a lower case letter and many of our customers print their order form using this setup. However, we automatically manufacture in upper case as this is our standard. The plaque is advertised with upper case to inform ahead of time.

One of the numbers is not painted properly. You probably will not be able to tell from the street but up close you will. No installation instructions.

Third party order & shipping failed to satisfy.
Ordering online wasn't going well. I called and placed order for a plaque (personalized). Wasn't told about how long personalization would take. Called right back with an additional order for a light to accompany plaque.
Plaque arrived after event needed, light didn't arrive at all until I called and placed another order.

Your original order was not eligible for the free solar light promotion and an invoice was emailed to you for review, which indicated that only a plaque was listed on your order.
The solar light was then purchased separately and we show that both the plaque and solar light have shipped.

I just got the address plaque for my house and it is exactly as ordered. It installed easily, is made of quality materials and looks great! I also got the free Solar powered light for it and it looks and works great, too.

Excellent product and service!

Disappointed
Ordered address plaque 7/18 but did give wrong number..phoned next morning, 7/19, and correction was made and new invoice emailed. Received 8/2 but with wrong number. We immediately called and was told would be reordered..This was needed for a gift for 8/19 which I emailed several times to customer service to a <Name removed>. I called and now was told plaque was sent back as it was not done up to their standards which does not sound right to us at all. The corrected plaque should have been here by now. We are very disappointed.

Great plaque, crappy hardware to install
I ordered two plaques and the arrived very quickly. They looked great and I hope they hold up to the elements and time as they say. When I went to install them that is where my disappointment was.
Because I got two, I had four mounting screws and two drill bits. Both drill bits snapped as I was drilling the holes. Once I drilled the holes with my own bit, I tried screwing in the screws and one torqued out and twisted up and had to be removed with vice grips. The other three screws snapped off mid way into the holes. This means I had to basically find a different place to mount them and do it twice. I bought some rust proof coated screws and they went in with no problem.
Overall, they installed fine and they look great. But for the hefty price, I would expect some higher quality mounting hardware. They look good installed.

POOR QUALITY - POORER SERVICE !!
I ordered a street number plaque which included a shell design at the top. The shell design came through painted like a blob, without the shell line detail that it was supposed to have.
I emailed and offered to fix the detail myself if they shipped me a small container of paint 7/27, and was told by Cassondra that the small container of paint would go out immediately.
On 8/3 I emailed again to see if it had been shipped, (since it should have arrived in 3 days). I was then told by <Name removed> that it would be shipped on either 8/6 or 8/7!!
Please remember, I was being nice, and should have just returned the plaque for poor quality, and they could not even keep their word and ship out the paint for me to do their job!!
I complained loudly on 8/3, then on 8/6 I was told that it had shipped on 8/3.
It arrived on 8/7!!
