Excellent advice excellent service
I searched many websites,including Which Consumer Guide, to find out which garden shredder would suit my needs. It was still not clear to me which would be best. I telephoned Keen Gardener. I was given clear and concise advice. I thought about it. I telephoned them back and ordered a shredder from them. It was delivered two days later within a two hour time slot. The shredder is totally appropriate for my needs. I could not be more pleased.

Excellent service and quality products
I brought the grand hall gti 4 island bbq and i am really pleased with it. Was delivered quickly and well packaged. Excellent quality product and it looks fantastic but was very fiddly to put together. Wasn't looking to spend this much on a bbq but I'm really impressed with it so far and it looks brilliant in my garden/outdoor kitchen. Would thoroughly recommend keen gardener!

Excellent service/product/price !
I had shopped around the internet for the Weber Q120 BBQ, but no one could beat the 'Keen Gardener' price of £159.99. (B&Q were asking £199 for the model below - the Q100.)
Order arrived in two days and was being monitored with an excellent web based parcel 'Tracking' system. I received several texts and e-mails keeping me updated with the progress and I was given a 1 hour time slot for delivery. It arrived dead on time - No hanging around all day for the post!
I would certainly recommend this company.
My only (small) complaint with the product is that it is fitted with a very short gas tube and regulator that is for use with disposable gas cartridges. If you want to use a 13 kg Calor Gas bottle, or the like, you will have to replace the tube and regulator. This can incur an extra cost if you don't have a spare gas tube and regulator.
Perhaps this could have been made clearer on the site, or maybe offered a gas supply option - cartridge or bottle.
However, still a great product and great value and service from Keen Gardener.

Purchased a 30 metre hozelock unit. The price was the best I could find and the communication and delivery was faultless.
The hose is now installed and in use.

Delivery without message
I ask them to send me an email when sending the pak.
I received nothing. Fortunately, I was at home when the pak came. The goods seem perfect but the notices no (installation of a louvre).

the electric greenhouse heater i bought from Keen gardener is very sturdy compared to the plastic fan heaters which are more readily available. I came quickly well packed and it was a lot cheaper than some of the other gardening out lets on the net.

Extremely Good and Honest service. I sent off and paid for 2 litre Bottles of Blagdon Clear pond. I ordered them Approx half an hour before the cut off point for next day delivery, i did not mind paying the £4:90 for next day delivery as my pond water was looking a mess with floating Algae and plus the price of the treatment was at least £2 a Bottle cheaper than anywhere else i could find. By the middle of the next afternoon, i rang Keen gardener to inquire when i should be receiving the Treatment. Only to be told a mistake had occurred, and i was down to receive it the following day. And i was given the £4:90 delivery charge back, and by 9:10am the following day i had received the treatments. Can not fault this firm, Extremely Good and fair Service.
