Reliable & efficient - would buy from Kitchen Appliance Centre again
I placed my order (for an induction hob) over a bank holiday weekend but on the Tuesday morning received a phone call to say that particular model had been discontinued - however they could offer me an almost identical (and more expensive) hob at the same price. I was happy with that and we arranged that the item would be delivered on the Thursday. On the morning of delivery I had a text giving me a time slot of one hour for delivery - and it did arrive within that hour. The hob was extremely well packed with lots of bubble wrap and inside a sturdy box, Their delivery texts even offer you the opportunity to text back to rearrange delivery day or have the parcel left with a neighbour. Would definately recommend.

Original water filter, quickly delivered
I had been needing a replacement water filter for my Abode filter for several months but kept putting off ordering as they are not cheap! Meanwhile I was drinking rather scummy looking tea and cofee!! I had previously used a replica filter, not the original. Saw the original Abode filter on line at much the same price as I had paid for the replica so thought I would give the Kitchen Appliance Centre a try. I am really pleased with the service and I was informed all the way through from when the item had been despatched through to which day Royal Mail would deliver. I will definitely order from the Kitchen Appliance Centre again and can thoroughly recommend them. At last I am enjoying fresh tasting hot drinks again - and no scum in sight!

Cant Fault Them
Ordered an AEG double oven from them.
Chose my delivery date from a drop down list when ordered.
Had a call from them 3 days prior to delivery to confirm the date was still OK.
Delivery was on time, with a call from the driver 1 hour before to confirm all OK still.
Very friendly driver who helped lifting it into the garage.
Cant fault the customer services, and would order from them in the future.

Excellent experience
Brilliant service, I changed my delivery dates and got an immediate reply from a real person, unusual these days. Complete order arrived on time and was all brought into the kitchen for me. And I think I got a good deal! Very pleased.

Definitely not left out in the cold !!!!
We purchared a Beco larder freezer and a Beco larder fridge,both are excellent products so far. they were delivered in good time for us to fit into the new kitchen we were fitting. There was a bit of fun and games working out how to fit the integrated doors, but once we mastered it they work great. The alarm which tells you the doors have been open too long does your head in, but you soon close them, its really a good feature.

First time good, second time bad
I ordered a sink, all went well. Delivery quick anti was kept fully informed of delivery arrangements. On the basis of that experience I ordered a tap, received the email telling me it would arrive in a few days, only to be phoned the next day to say that they didn't actually have the item, and there would be a delay of at least a couple of weeks. I cancelled the order verbally but have not had confirmation by email. All very frustrating the website should give accurate information re availability.

First Class - Service, Communication, Price and Product!
From the initial experience of using the website, to payment, to delivery - superb.
We ordered a particular sink we were after, the next day we received a phone call advising that the sink was out of stock at the factory and would not be available for a couple of weeks, this we accepted. As promised we received an email advising of delivery date, received a phone call from the delivery company giving us time to get home for the delivery and saving us waiting around.
Delivery driver very helpful and friendly.

Great value for money item, speedy delivery
We ordered an undermounted sink at a great price. The item arrived within 2 days, was packaged extremely well, so in great condition. Communication was excellent, we were contacted with a 2 hour time slot, but the sink arrived at the start of the timeslot so no need to hang around waiting. A great service and we would recommend to anyone.

Started OK but finished better
Was easy to find you as the supplier I needed and first telephonic contact was both pleasant and efficient.
I paid for premium delivery so was disappointed when the advised deadline for delivery came and went with no explanations.
Having contacted you by telephone again 3 days after the theoretical deadline for delivery,matters were quickly rectified and I received my order 3 days later.
Overall,I am satisfied but next time would be good if YOU advise ME that there is a problem with my proposed delivery date.

Bloomin Marvellous
Thank you for supplying me with an item I didn't think existed. I am completely happy with my part from Kitchen Appliance Centre. It meant that instead of having to go out and purchase a full ducting kit this item turned a 125mm hole into a 150mm for my extractor fan. Well chuffed.
