KOSATEC Empowering Global Innovation GmbH Reviews 

I ordered 55 Lenovo computers from them, the total invoice sum was over 26 000 euros. They forced me to pay 116 euros for insurance. Two computers got damaged during transport and I asked for 90 credit but they offered 30 euros. Now it's been over a month and I have not received any refund. They are trying to negotiate to 15 euros now, what a joke. Kosatec is not valuing its customers.

On 13/11/2025, our company (TYBSI SLU) paid 346,87 € for order S597685 via immediate bank transfer.

Immediately after receiving the funds, KOSATEC blocked our B2B account access without explanation. The order was cancelled internally by them, but the funds have not been refunded.

We have attempted to contact their support and accounting departments multiple times via email and phone with zero response.

Due to this behavior (collecting payment and immediately blocking the client), we have been forced to file a formal police report for fraud and initiate a European Payment Order (Court claim) today to recover our funds.

Unmittelbar nach Geldeingang hat KOSATEC unseren B2B-Kundenzugang gesperrt. Die Bestellung wurde intern storniert, aber der Betrag wurde nicht erstattet.

Auf unsere E-Mails und Anrufe erfolgt keine Reaktion.

Aufgrund dieses Vorgehens (Geldannahme bei sofortiger Kontosperrung) sahen wir uns gezwungen, heute Strafanzeige wegen Betrugsverdacht zu erstatten und das Europäische Mahnverfahren einzuleiten

I am writing this review to share my complete experience with KOSATEC, which unfortunately did not end with a problematic order, but continued with an attempt to silence my feedback.

Part 1: The Original Issue
Briefly on the original problem: I ordered goods and paid for them in advance. Only after payment was I asked by the company to sign additional restrictive terms. When I refused, they cancelled the order and refunded my payment. This part of the process was handled correctly and promptly by the company.

Part 2: The Review Manipulation
Shortly after, I received an email asking for a review. This is where I encountered an unethical practice known as "review gating":
* The links for a 1-3 star rating led to a non-functional page with a 404 error.
* The links for a 4-5 star rating led directly to the company's public profile on Google Maps.
This is a clear system designed to filter out negative feedback and artificially inflate the company's public rating.

Part 3: The Company's Reaction to Criticism
I wrote a factual review about this manipulative practice on Google. Instead of addressing the issue, the company chose an aggressive approach: they reported my review for "defamation" and had it taken down. Rather than offering an apology or an explanation, their goal is to silence criticism.

Conclusion
As I have noticed here on Trustpilot, I am far from the only one describing an identical experience with this manipulative review system. This is clearly their standard procedure.

I am giving one star not so much for the original issue with the order (which was resolved), but primarily for the completely unacceptable reaction to customer feedback and the active attempt to silence a customer. This behavior, in my opinion, serves as a serious warning to others.

I placed an order with them, received an automated order receipt confirmation, and then nothing. Nothing at all! Checked my spam folder, everything, still nothing.
A week later, when my order from another German company had just gotten shipped, I receive an email from Kosatec asking me to review my order with them. Obviously, I pressed on "Poor" (1 star) and surprise!.. 404 page not found. They are not interested in reviews unless they are good ones.

Terrible experience with dozen of documents to share with them in order to open an account. As Gérard JAFFELIN said, they claim to ship outside Germany but that's not true.

The better choice!

Never had any issue with Kosatec. Our account manager (Giulia) always took good care of us and responds to any requests we have. Delivery and after sales have always been super as well. Very professional, totally recommended.

worst and most arrugante people employed in this company. I have had a company since 2001, and applied as a customer, then they were interrogated, had to submit photos of the office, which they thought was a social welfare office, had to submit a photo of a driver's license, etc. without knowing what my information was to be used for, which is deeply illegal and no right to request private information when it is a company that needs to be registered. and then you had to wait without an answer as to whether it was approved or not! has dealings with quite a few companies in Germany, Poland, Spain, UK, but misery like Kosatec and the arrogant employees, you don't find anywhere else in the rest of the world. hope the boss is happy to have rubbish employed.
