They did not do the installation on the first appointment. A week later they came over again, the installer was very friendly.
I give only one star because the job was incomplete, he did not do the borders of my backyard and I had to do it myself with the remaining of the pieces that were cut

Good quality but pity that delivery doesn’t consider if roll of 4Lx3W doesn’t consider if it can be fit in an apartment lift.

Quality & Professional work

Kuntsgrasnet were very helpful. Sending me samples free of charge to review the Kuntsgras was also very helpful. After speaking to a sales consultant we ordered the grass with installation.

The entire process was very easy and the sales team were capable and helpful.

The installation team arrived early in the morning and completed the work within a few hours.

The quality of the Kuntsgras is great. I can confindentally recommend them.

This gras changes everything, I went from a simple terrasse to a cozy and amazingly good looking outside area of my apartment. I was first a bit skeptical since the gras I saw in different shops looked often cheap and fake. But this one is soft (I ordered 4 small pieces to get a feeling of the gras), and looks very natural in the shadow, a tiny bit shinny in the sun.

The customer service was great, since the gras had to be transported to Switzerland we were not very flexible with the timing and they took it into account to make sure I could get the gras on time. Thanks again for your great job!
