I ordered a silver cross dolls pram on 18th October, paid for it, after 9 phone calls, and an email, no response, it did arrive today, but was badly damaged, waiting for this to be picked up.They did'nt want to know, and could'nt care less, and would advise people to go elsewhere.
Ordered a musical carousel for my friends first baby. Took my money THEN said it was out of stock, did not reply to emails or answer telephone, now saying they've had a staff member steal lots of stock and looking for a buyer, complete rot, as I have checked reviews online and lots of complaints first, just wish I had done this before ordering. Evil people!!!
