I ordered a product from them on Wednesday 24/03/21 and it has come this morning (26/03/21). Please don’t pay attention to those past reviews because my product came in excellent condition, good packaging and obviously arrived so quickly. I will definitely repurchase from them.

I was anxious about ordering as I hadn't heard of this company before but the experience has been great!

I ordered two sugarpill lipsticks which are really hard to get in the UK (I think this is the only place that I have seen dainty for sale here) and picked up a lime crime velvetine on sale at the same time.

Delivery and dispatch was super quick, within only a couple of days! Items were very well packaged and beautiful. Very happy with my purchase, would definitely order from again and recommend.

I believe the old reviews are so unfortunate and for the wrong company that people have gotten confused with which is such a shame.

Love make up UK is from my experience definitely trustworthy, quick and great value for money. Hope this review helps the company and others who may be anxious about ordering.

Great service! I received the wrong palette but the customer service sent the right one after I communicated the issue. In the new parcel they included a signed envelope for me to return the wrong item.

I was affraid of placing my first order because of some reviews I read on Trustpilot. The only thing I can tell is I only regret discover this online store too late, since the UK is leaving EU and we simply don't know how international purchases might be affected.
For UK residents, I highly recommend Love Makeup; and if next month no customs or addicional taxes would be applied I will definetely buy more from them!

This company is an absolute joke! I ordered something and I am still waiting for them! I have tried contacting them and tracking my delivery and non has worked! I only have just found out that they are scamming people!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

This company is a scam. I ordered back in December.... still waiting. No response and shipping tracking number does not work. Don't waste your money

Don't make an order from here I ordered something back in January it is now March I still can't even get a confirmation for shipment. I've sent at least 15 emails and get no response

I purchased a product from this vendor in December 2019, and my order has not arrived. I have contacted the 'contact us' email, and no one has responded to my request for a refund. The tracking number is from a company in China, which does not even recognize it, and does not give you any tracking of your product whatsoever.
I have waited longer than normal since the receipt said it was coming from China, but since December? At least a response would be greatly appreciated, or any other way to contact someone alive.

This particular product, though, to me is an on going favourite.
