I ordered and paid for a l'Oreal lipstick on July 10th 2014. Have heard nothing, so they have my money and product. I sent an e-mail, but no response. Fraudulent.

Excellent service and products.
First time I've used makeupbird and found them to provide an excellent service!! The product was as it was described and of quality ( Revlon Nail Polish - Vixen) and the delivery was within a few days, arrived neatly packaged and protected ! I would recommend purchasing from makeupbird as they beat high street shop prices hands down!

NEVER AGAIN
In the begining of this year I came across the makeupbird store sales online.
Since I saw a product I wanted I order it, this was on the 04/01/2012.
Today, more than a month later, and after several emails to the store asking why my I haven´t received the product I still haven´t received it.
I make orders all around the globe, even from China, and never had any problem.
The store only respond to my emails once, but the problem wasn´t resolved.
I will never buy anything here again. Luckly I bought a cheap product!
