Terrible service
I placed an order and paid and got a confirmation immediately, and 5 days later when nothing arrived, I wrote to the company and was told that they could not supply the products. This has put a damper on our travel plans.
I depended on the arrival of the gear for a trip (life jacket for my son - not exactly something you can do without) and am very very disappointed and actually shocked at their service.
They also do not answer the phone.
Do not use this website for anything time-sensitive or important.
