The Insect a Clear was ordered, delivered and installed in 3 days.

The supply service from the Company was great, delivery was very fast BUT the instructions included with the Premier Value Glue Board leave a lot to be desired - ie "The insect killer utilizes the character which trending to light of pest that have sensitive of biological character..." - translated from Chinese or Double Dutch???
The unit was also damaged and they have kindly offered me a 25% discount as a result.

My order was despatched quickly and well packaged my only negative point was that when I had chosen my items and then paid I received an e mail straight away saying that they were out of stock. I dont like web sites which do this because you have paid you are stuck. But on this occasion the item arrived the next day I think they need a system tweak !
