Sent an iPhone 12 in good condition to mazuma. In a padded envelope, wrapped in bubble wrap. Originally offer £110 for it. Get an email to say they have reevaluated and it’s only worth £25 due to the broken screen, broken camera, broken power button (smell a rat) ask for the phone to be sent back, another offer of £45. Still no as I know the phone is worth a lot more.
Phone returned…… smashed to pieces!! What the hell mazuma. You cannot tell me this was done in transit as it was completly protected!!

Absolutely delighted with my experience…
Absolutely delighted with my experience with these guys. I’ve always been a bit sceptical about these sort of companies but thought I’d give them a try. Went through the online form and got a very good guaranteed offer. Dropped the package in my local Post Office yesterday afternoon. Had an email this morning confirming the item had been received and had passed the test. Later this afternoon, a little over 24 hours from posting the phone, the money was in my account. I would definitely recommend and would use again without hesitation.

They are misleading
They are misleading, they tell you if they receive the device before 2 they will make same day payment but if it's not checked by 4pm you actually have to wait till next working day for payment, very misleading

Predictably they offered much lower than agreed claiming that the phone had more scratches or chips than stated - the phone that always had a screen protector on and a hard back case for protection. Wouldn’t bother using this service again. I recommend just selling privately yourself, they will likely always say there is more damage to get a lower price

I was offered a price of £205. The phone was immaculate, no scratches at all.
The the changed the offer too £95. due to light scratches and battery.
I totally disagree with the offer.
I’ve requested the phone back and taking it to another provider who offered me £195.

Awful experience
Awful experience.
Quoted £70 for my mobile, which was in a good condition.
On arrival they claimed it had screen burn and offered £5. I rejected it, they then offered £15. I also rejected it.
They sent the mobile back.
Took the same mobile to CEX, they offered £95.50 subject to a full check. I left it with them and before 12 the next day the full amount was in my bank account.
Proof that there was nothing wrong with my mobile.

When we tested your device, our technicians identified screen burn on your device which for us, and our high standards we hold for the devices we sell, we would have to replace the screen before selling.
