Yes, I would like to leave a negative review for Instagram as well. I believed that German providers wouldn't resort to cheating, but this has been a big scam. According to their tracking information, my package has been marked as having entered Switzerland since December 1, 2024. However, any deliveries from Swiss post do not take 12 days. This situation feels like a major scam. I hope they go out of business, and I urge someone to shut them down now.
