I have sent several emails to the company. And have never gotten a reply. I canceled my order. And now, after a month from my original order date. My order is being sent. I have tried to contact the company about this. But the emails are not getting through. They do not have a phone number.
I ordered a CPU upgrade kit for my Dell Dimension 8250 desktop computer on July 1, 2011, charged to my credit card and they never sent it to me. I waited over a month and two weeks, and they still never send it to me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they gave me the address of the company. I have a hunch that they are moving themselves around just to stay out of trouble. Well, one day they will probably learn the hard way, that you cannot mess around with other people's money.
I recently ordered RAM for my older Dell desktop and paid with my credit card. Memorypig.com charged my credit card but told me that they were out of stock and would try to get it to me as soon as the RAM came in . I sent them an e-mail asking how long it would be and I never received an answer. I followed up with more e-mails and still could not get a reply to my question. I finally called my credit card company and filed a dispute & I will get a refund. This is a really bad outfit...do not do business with these folks!!!!!
I ordered some RAM and have never received it. They charged the credit card but never sent memory. They also state that they are a "Christian run business". No response on emails and no contact information provided on their website. I guess this is what I should expect when I didn't research them first,,,,
Ordered 4-512 Mb Rambus on 6/17, credit card charged 6/20. Still no product shipped by 7/18. No phone number that works and they ignore repeated emails. No customer service and no product.
On july 5th I placed an order for 2 -512mb of memory for my Dell 8200 and as of today not recied them but they collected the funds for it the same day,as it was ordered .it seems you can send them the money but they can't send you the product.typical of a scammer and a phoney outfit I will be contacting the C-Net to let them know what type of scam they are running
Never recieved item, they don't respond to emails and the phone numer doesnt work. Had to dispute charges with credit card company.
