Shockingly poor customer service
Shockingly poor customer service , ordered 2 separate items of clothing , both sized poorly and didn’t fit . Tried to ask for a return , got asked loads of questions and asked for photos which i sent , still never gave a returns adress or label , offered 10% cashback if I keep the items or 40% off another item . Asked several times to just get a return adress and now emails not being replied to . Not a great buying experience whatsoever .
