Choice is King and you get alot to choose from.
The transaction was smooth and the bits arrived at my door in 3 working days so no complaints there. The best bit of the experience was being able to choose the exact bits i wanted in the quantity i wanted, rather than the ebay set number or random pick options with smaller bits like bolters or backpacks. The prices are more realistic and so is the postage cost, all in all I would recommend Modelbits over sites like ebay any day of the week.

Fantastic site, great prices, quick delivery!
Found this site last week after reading where someone else got 40k bits from and had a look... It is so refreshing to find a bits site that A) has almost everything you could want for 40k B) actually has most of the bits in stock (unlike some other sites i could mention) and c) they are priced very competitively.
Service and delivery were brilliant, will definitely be shopping here again.

Products came in quick and in great condition.
I bought a few bits for a reasonably good price (even if it is more in Canadian dollars), and they shipped in quicker than I had expected them to. The condition of the bits were great and without the normal damage you might find when ordering elsewhere. It was convenient to be able to build two extra models with just a few bits rather than having to buy them separately for far more.

Very truted shop - even I'm living in South Korea, modelbit's still very respecteble.
Fast, and Great quility. Recently, i have little problem(Forge world bit has hardly mold) but that is not a modelbit's problem (yes, this is Forge world problem, Thank you GW!)

I found this site through beastofwar.com was linked in a article i think. Basically doing bits cheaper than all the rip offs on ebay with normal packaging and posting pricing. £1.20 for under half pound of weight is reasonable when you consider the weight of plastic or resin minis.
Bought some bits on saturday of easter weekend checked out all done sorted. Went looking the tuesday following Easter for some more bits for another convesion. Went on this site again ordered stufff checked out and asked if it could be packed together. Got a message straight back no worries all done. Got the parts next day!! Top service, great prices, excellent communication. Will definately use again.

This was the first time that I ever used ModelBits online services and the service provide was excellent. The prices, both of products and shipping costs, are very clear on the site as is the time it takes for the order to arrive. I placed my order last Friday the 16th and it arrive today, 23th of March. Every single item was delivered as requested, and was specifically itemized on the invoice, allowing for a very fast check-up. Also, I placed this order after receiving an email informing of the restock of the bits I wanted, which is a great way to keep informed without having to

The time between placing an order and the order being shipped was in excess of 24 hours (not including Saturday or Sunday as they are not business days.
Once item was dispatched it took less than 24 hours to reach my doorstep. Order was packaged well with no damage to any piece.
Even with the delay I would not hesitate to recommend Modelbits to anyone.

Superb service from a honest salesman!
I've made a number of expensive purchases since 2011 and to date I haven't been disappointed in the service I've received. Specifically with a particularly large order; Matt was very understanding and took great lengths to ensure I received the best possible service.
It may be somewhat of a lottery to get the rare bits you want at times, but that's only because Model Bits can be counted on to stock the very best at excellent prices which means his wares are always in demand.

my one stop shop for anything space marine
I have been using model bits for some time and I am always impressed by the standard of service provided, the products are of a good quality, however the website indicates I would be provided the back to an assault marine body I was not provided with it when my order arrived, same goes for the grey knight's wrist mounted storm bolter there was no magazine given. saying that I am always happy to order from here again, one more thing is that they need to get alot of space marine parts back in stock as I need certain parts and they have been out of stock for ages. saying that Its the only site I will use for my 40k needs

Exemplary service
A pretty good selection, not all in stock but thats always the way with bitz sites, I'd like to see more Chaos suff. That said the service is exemplary! Rapid delivery and when I returned a duff Finecast that got waylaid in the post, the response was swift and personal. He even offered to refund me if it didn't show up! Now thats the kind of service that made me a repeat customer for sure!

one of the Best Bits service out their
I have been using Model bits for awhile now. Matt provides a great service and always posts out quick. (The orders usually arrive 2-3 after ordering!) always correct and undamaged.
