La mia lamentela si riferisce alla gestione dell ordine, non al prodotto, semmai mi arriverà.
Ordinato un TV oled LG per una cifra superiore ai 2 mila euro mi viene immediatamente confermato l 'ordine, salvo poi trovarmelo bloccato per "verifiche antifrode" così mi dicono al call center (molto gentile in verità ma la sostanza non cambia..) e in risposta alla mia email; naturalmente verifico con VISA e Paypal la correttezza della transazione, che mi confermano di avere effettuato il pagamento verso monclick, ma monclick non sblocca l ordine.
Ora, controllando sul sito quel televisore non è più disponibile, o meglio, è prenotabile ma ad un prezzo superiore di più di cento euro...lascio a voi le conclusioni..
Aggiungo che è molto irritante essere preso per un truffatore ......oltre che aver pagato e non ricevere la merce per questo motivo INESISTENTE.
