Good prices, good products, speedy delivery
I've used this Moreinks for quite some time to supply my printer ink needs. Their prices are excellent and they have a range of money-saving options if you want to buy in bulk. Delivery is speedy and I look no further than Moreinks when I'm in need of ink cartidges.

My First Time
I have never bought inks on the internet before so was very nervous as I'm not very good at this sort of thing. However, I did manage to order a couple of sets of full colours and they came very quickly. I didn't actually need them so took a while to use them and so didn't fill in the review. Yesterday I put in just one black one, but the printer wouldn't accept it. I telehoned Moreinks and spoke to Jade who was a very helpful young lady. She explained they would probably only work if all the inks were from Moreinks as Epsom made it very difficult to use anyone else's cartridges. I had to take out the one black one and put in a complete set and it all worked fine. Jade said she would replace the one I had to take out and also send me another one to compensate because I would probably have to use just one black one again, as it runs out more frequently. The inks arrived today. An excellent service.

Good, quick service
I've not used the new inks yet but in the past have found Moreink's generic inks fine. Perhaps Canon's own ones last longer but they cost seven times as much and I'm sure they don't last seven times longer. The print quality seems good from the generic inks and I've had no problems with clogging and so on. The main thing to mention is the service. The website is comprehensive and easy to use (though I would prefer not having to register) and the delivery really was next day - pretty good when it's free.

Always great prices, speedy service and reliable products
The cost of buying manufacturers inks was getting too much and I needed to consider buying compatible products. I read some good reviews about Moreinks and decided to give them a go. I've used them for a few years now and am totally happy with their prices - free delivery with a reasonable spend is a big draw - and the quality of printing I get using their goods. I've never, yet -cross fingers, touch wood etc, had to complain something didn't work, ask where the heck my order is or return anything because of poor performance. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic prices, amazing customer service
As a uni student, I find I need to print a lot of documents, so I started looking for cheaper printer ink, and found moreinks. Admittedly I was skeptical, as the prices seemed too good to be true (it usually is with most things). I ordered my inks on a Saturday night, and paid for next day delivery; this meant I was supposed to get them Tuesday (as Sundays do not count). They did not arrive, so I sent an email to moreinks customer service, requesting a P&P refund. I got a reply within the hour informing me that it was due to Monday being a bank holiday that I wouldn't receive them until Tuesday (my bad!). They apologised for the inconvenience, and even sent me an extra free set of printer inks for the trouble (which was incidentally, my own stupidity's fault). Both sets of ink arrived the next day. So far the ink works great and is lasting as long as a normal cartridge. Can't reccommend moreinks enough!!

High quality, well priced inks.
In this day and age we are all looking to buy computer consumables cheaper. I believe that Moreinks have got it right the set of 5 I bought for my Canon Pixma MG6150 are chipped, full of ink and arrived very quickly, all for £16. While I have not installed all of them yet the three I have I am very happy with.

It works but!
To be honest, the product arrived quickly that s a plus, well packed, as described, does fit, printer recognized quickly, perfect, but the only issue when I opened it, I had ink all over the place, my hand, slippers, floor and on my table cloth. It was a real mess. But did still fit and work, I would be careful with the second one but you would need to look at it and probably re order from you.

A Progressive Ink Cartridges support company
I started as a customer via www.amazon.co.uk & got amazing fast speed delivery of cartridges . Plus with the order was a discount voucher to reduce price of my next purchase . ( THOUGH can the voucher be put to use on the www.moreinks.co.uk website . Please let me know ) It'd also be a great idea in case of difficulties to have a 24 / 7 0800 freephone number to customer support . & with this a no fuss telephone system ( without music tape decks on hold & excess press this / that ) It could also be a great idea to have a Live Chat customer support via website to help if difficulties as well . & if there is any delivery complications of ( leaving goods in dustbin or leaving good in an unlocked parcel safe or sending to wrong address ) to have a stored Delivery Instruction text field on the website . This is all i can put that is logical . I hope all of some of these measures are taken on board & introduced .

I don,t buy ink cartridges very often but recently found myself with a printer with no ink and a 12 year old daughter desperate to print out some homework.I tend to mostly buy from e-bay using my paypal account but was worried about a long wait for the product.I need not have worried moreinks had the cartridges to my door within two days of purchase.Their communication was second to none with a friendly service,lightning quick delivery and good value inks which performed as well as the OEM product. Communication regarding payment needs attention
I ordered cartrdiges on 14/04 - Estimated delivery for my cartridges was 17or 18/04. They did not arrive until 27/04. My payment went from my bank on the 14/04. I contacted Moreinks by e mail about 24/04, and they found that they had not been advised by Paypal of my payment and therefore had not sent out my order. I dont know who takes responsibility for this error but it did cause a lot of inconvenience which was in no way compensated.

Good, quick service
I always used Moreinks when I had an Epson printer and the service was very good. Now I have an HP printer so I thought I should try them again. The ordering and delivery was quick and easy and so far the inks seem to be equally as satisfactory as the HP ones and considerably cheaper.
