I rang Musthave and left a message about a product I’d received . I was given a call back the following day and after our conversation was offered a (totally -unexpected ) refund. This was excellent customer service .

The Hygiene Hero sponges are absolutely useless, not fit for purpose, completely missold as a washing up sponge. Literally like trying to wash something with a bit of rubber. I think it's a great idea, with absolutely no testing gone into the development.

Don't buy these! You have been warned! Absolutely useless as a wash up sponge. Won't remove even lightly stuck on food. Useless as a pot stand too. Too small to support larger size pots. Unless you get them sitting dead centre the pot falls off. Ridiculous price too. They probably only cost a few pence to make.

Hygiene Hero simply does not work. I cannot find a single positive thing to say, or a single use for it. In fact I feel cheated. I bought several, intending to give to family members. Wish I had seen the other similar reviews before purchasing - total rip off.

Read the great reviews of hygiene heroes on Facebook which were incredibly positive so like a fool I bought two packs what a waste of money they dont work and are very expensive compared to ordinary sponges which we still have to use have put my comments on Facebook to try and warn others

Order placed 13 June and confirmed 14 June. 12 Days later, no sign of fridge products, no-one had responded to my Facebook comment - where they advertised - and no-one has responded to my email on 23 June when I said I would give them three days before I assume it is a con and will report them to Facebook, as they keep advertising there. One day to go. I will update if delivery occurs.
Update: well,well,well, following this review I received an apologetic reply the next day and today (27 June) they arrived. Apparently a “computer glitch resulted in some orders not being dispatched.” Hmm. But, they did come.

Absolutely useless,so so disappointed with this product,I've gone back to my non scratch pad at a fraction of the price.

Bought a set of plug hole cleaning stick things. Utter rubbish - cheap thin plastic with a wiry brush on the end. First time using it and it broke off under the plug hole while trying to gently pull it out. Now the bath is blocked with this useless contraption and I need a plumber to unblock it.

Then I went and saw the same thing in Robert Dyas for half the price.

Absolute rubbish. AVOID!!!!

First item bought was radiator brush and It did what I wanted so i was on a buzz with these household items, second purchase was hygiene heros, washing sponges you can keep bacteria free..... rip off, they dont clean FULL STOP!!!! Had to get the trusted sponge out to clean the dishes a 2nd time.

Bought the handy hooks which claimed to have millions of tiny suckers so you could easily move them around. The hooks arrived and they simply have glue on the back, the instructions to reuse are a joke wash in soapy water and air dry, that is after you have praised it off the wall/tiles etc.
When I complained I was told if you ran your fingers over the back you could feel the tiny bumps. Utter rubbish just glue no suckers at all.
Complete waste of money and I simply can't be bothered to pack them up and waste more money on postage.

My radiator buddy has just arrived in good time well packaged. Unfortunately it is not the buddy I saw in the video... More like the shorter, less attractive, chunkier, less flexible little brother! And definitely over-priced. The pound shop version! Reminds me why I don't usually buy online! Rubbish! but can't be bothered jumping through hoops to get my money back. Buyers beware!

I bought a watch in October 2019. I returned it as it was too big and I could not adjust it to fit. I explained this and followed their returns procedure to the letter. It's now February and despite emailing them to chase my refund it has never been made and they never respond. Steer clear of these charlatans.

Bought a Christmas sign it took 2 weeks to come, nothing to hang it up with was provided and it’s looks so cheap and nasty. Waste of money so don’t buy anything from this website!!!!

Ordered Christmas sign...said 5 days delivery...2 weeks later and 2 emails still hadn't arrived...when I got it it's like balsar wood! It's a hanging sign but no string or ribbon with it. 14 quid wasted. Would never order from them again. Not impressed!

Ordered the christmas at blanks house, at first i thought the box was empty when delivered, i dont think wood can be cut any thinner unless its paper, the thinnest most fable sign ever, dont think it will last one christmas

Saw this add on Facebook,wish I read the reviews before purchasing.i bought three hygiene hero’s.used one to wash up and they are absolute crap,too soft to scrub anything from plates and cups and too wet to wipe down surface.would not recommend this company.

I purchased a Wonder Wand it was complete rubbish,I have a dog and thought that it would take the hairs off clothing but it is not fit for purpose, You can purchase cheaper items and much better from local supermarkets.I would have given this no stars if i could.

Plughole unblocked in seconds saved cash on a plumber.

As 40% of the people below have said, this company are utterly useless, and unscrupulous to boot.

I ordered the plughole cleaner thing which turned out to be some gaudy bits of plastic you had to assemble yourself, like something out of a cracker, with bits of the hook side of Velcro attached to the end. It would not fit into either my bathroom sink or my shower so I asked for a pre-paid label to return it.

Then proceeded an exchange of emails which I can only describe as smug from their side (I know someone else has also said this). Her point was that the product did not "not work", it just did not fit my plugholes therefore was fit for purpose. It would have been helpful if they had put the dimensions of the product on their website so I could have checked before I ordered.

They refused to refund the p+p I had paid and said that I had to pay for the return postage as well. This despite enclosing a brochure boasting that everything in there was free p+p. I asked why I had had to pay p+p for my order but no one else does and was told that it was because I hadn't ordered from the brochure - grr!

One other thing: I had paid £2.99 for the blasted, useless thing which took at least five days to arrive. I paid 83p to post it back and that was supposed to take 2-3 days. How can they possibly justify the £2.99?

I am so angry about all this, I urge you not to buy from them, unless you want expensive bits of plastic that do not do what the, very pleased with themselves, company claim. I wish I could have awarded it no stars!
