DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCOMPETENT FOOLS
Bought the dewalt dc6pak v1 6 peice cordless kit, had for 50 or so days and was dissapointed from the start with the performance but felt it may improve with time, so after a the circular saw failed to complete a simple task of cutting some 18mm fence panels, I decided to ring my tool shed, emma the so called manager, basically told me the if the kit cant perform to the standard I expect then tough luck, i would never buy from these again and hope they cease trading very soon

Dewalt Cordless drill wobble
When I started to use the drill I noticed the drill bit had a noticeable runout (wobble) when I used the drill. Driving screws or drilling produced a good deal of vibration. I own two other drills, one a Hitachi and one a £15 drill both of which cost a lot less than this drill and don't have any noticeable runout. Have contacted the company so watch this space on a replacement!

Good price, prompt delivery, prompt replacement
Prompt FREE delivery of my AEG BS14X cordless drill, and prompt FREE replacement of whole boxful when one of the two rechargeable batteries was found to be faulty. Would I buy a tool from MTS again? You bet I would!!!

Good Price (on the things I ordered)
I ordered some clamps and roller stands and they had the best price that I could find and they delivered free (orders over £45) and the next day. Just received the goods. All looks good.

Watch the final price!
Very surprised when putting the order through that there would be an 'additional £2.46 postage, mate!' Only chose this company because it showed up on Amazon as being the lowest cost, with specifically no postage charge. Not impressed.

Bought an expensive ( well for me ) Saw £450 and was worried due to first review.
NO NEED TO BE WORRIED, due to be delivered 5th Jan so sent them an email asking if i could get earlier, came home on the 30th December to find it had been delivered.
The Saw did everything i wanted and more so to say i am happy is an understatemenet !!

Worst company i've ever dealt with
My tool shed is grossly incompetent. I ordered a site saw 2 weeks ago worth £430. A week after the order was placed i called to check on it's status and was told they didn't know why it hadn't been delivered and another one would be sent to be delivered in 2days. I called a day before to ensure the saw would be delivered and was told it definitely would be. Next day, i again called to ensure it was being delivered that day as i had arranged for it to be picked up and was once again told not to worry as it was out for delivery that day. Imagine my surprise when i was called 2 hours later and told it wouldn't be delivered but i was welcome to a refund if i wanted. Never have i dealt with such incompetent bunch of people before. Their loss, as i would never in a million years buy from them again! If you can buy your item elsewhere, i strongly suggest you do or suffer at your own peril!
