how to sent this product to your warehouse again
the box should contain 2gb memory card with card reader and software disk and the product is not at all genuine and memory card slot was broken and the accesories are not original and how can i accept this.
i have attached the pics for your reference.
this is totally a used product and contacted sony care also they also said the same thing

i need my money immedietly.
my parents are keep on asking me.iam not getting face to reply them.

iam assured from you that iam going to get a complete refund for my order.
but

again you sent a defective product to me.

that is not the original one and checked the imei status of it.
it is a completely used product and just changed the panel of it and selling it again.

i dont need such refurbished products and
memory card slot is broken and full of dust there inside the phone for your clarity iam attaching the pics of it.

previously you said i will get complete refund but again you sent a false product without my intimation.

my parents are still scolding me.

earphones are not original and sound is coming too low and left side ear phone is getting very low voice and its a completely false peace.

give me my money back and i dont want to purchase anything from you.

how to sent it back again to you.
