They never sent the product and I never received any correspondence back to my emails.

this company does not honor their terms and conditions (which also keep changing)
beware and do not order product from this company. I have cancelled within the time frame as indicated and they are still not processing the refund with excuses that keep changing.
product that is garbage and definately not worth the money and this hassle.

Total Scammers. Ordered Zooone NAD+. Didn't give a order number or delivery date.......just took the money and ran.
Its ok because by my Bank got involved and is taking the money back

Scammers, they take funds for a product, send a fake shipping tracking number then state product is delivered, but it ships from the US to Hong Kong when delivery is the UK. No contact, no updates. Do not use these scammers at all. May 2025!!!!!!

They advertise Brainista yerba magic but when i received my packet....IT DID NOT HAVE BRAINISTA...THE SUPPLIER'S BRAND NAME ON IT....THIS IS FAKE...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my rating. First it took forever to receive the product. Second, the advertisement is very misleading. I ordered the boston fern, that they advertise as a big beautiful plant for $20 each. I ordered 6 of them. And maybe if i put them all together they will make one big plant.

Total scam! The product purchased is not at all as advertised. They refuse to allow returns or issue a refund. Do not order from this company!!

Total scam as the fern plant advertise is huge and beautiful, what they send is a little strand and nothing as shown. I will get me money back from credit card.

Items is not as discribed and you wont hear from then until days later and you wont get full refund. It’s all false advertising

Absolute disgrace was told delivery would be a week a month later no product and no response to emails is all I get it that it’s been shipped wish I read reviews before paying avoid at all costs

nature weaver tic too shop is a total bad experience i was scamed with my order each time inwud enquire inwas told its in transit and giving this dodgy update by email each time very unfair what they do to people that wana be genuine customers never again will I trust them.

Very bad service and communication..item ordered not as advertised..made very cheaply and not worth the money..I had paid through PayPal and had to get them to contact shop as my item was delayed and they kept ignoring my emails..I received my item but it was not as advertised..thankyou PayPal

Just like so many reviews, placed an order, were very patient, have been waiting 3 - 4 weeks, with several emails sent.......and nothing. no reply back to emails, no product, just very poor. Looks like another lying business who claims will deliever worldwide, but all negative reviews all come outside US. If you cant do it, dont claim you can. just be honest that you as a company are clearly not big enough or successful enough to be able to do business with the rest of the world. Terribly service. at least reply back, i mean seriously, you were quick enough to my money but you cant reply back

I placed an order for alipotec back in January, they sent me the product However, the product is FAKE. It had no code#, no anything where to track it. I called their# there's no answer ever, never! I've emailed back and forth with a representative name "Luis" who says "he Can't send me a return label or a return address" it's now april 21st and still nothing ! 4 months have gone by and they can't give me a return address or a return label !! so here I am with a bottle of fake pills and $63 less in my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS NONWORKING ..A TOTAL SCAM

Placed an order they promptly took the money and did not send the product. All attempts to contact them have failed. They only got me for 63 dollars. COMPLETE SCAM!

I ordered the tree of life ring and a bracelet, in a very short time the bracelet broke and the ring, as per other reviews, was rubbish and definitely not worth the price. I told them I wasn't happy and I then returned the items but I now can't get any response from them, in fact I kept getting generic emails saying my order was on the way. I never got my refund, or a proper response. Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought stuff, they seem to be scam artists - I've already reported one internet shop to the fraud people, and it looks like this'll be another one.
