I needed something fast that I couldn't find locally. A google search took me to nawtythings.
I called the customer support line because I had some questions and the lady was helpful. I went ahead and placed the order and and received an email with my tracking number.
Two days later my product was on my doorstep, perfect condition and in time for my weekend plans.
I simply sent an e-mail asking for help and made a recommendation about a product that requires attachments for use and I got ' Maybe I'd be happier shopping elsewhere' then I said no I'd like to shop with you and apologised if I sounded rude at all and then got ' we process thousands of orders a day for the last 12yrs and it's because of customers like me that THEY have problems and they wouldn't process my order if I was the last person on earth! I was trying to help, made a sound suggestion for increasing profits plus I wanted to buy and still got abused for no reason and I wasn't even a customer yet! My God!
I was going to call but after reading this shit wouldn't bother! I'd visit their business WITH A ROCKET LAUNCHER! YOU DUMB ASS ARROGANT CONCEITED GRONKS !! Never buy from there! As well as rude they're untrustworthy with many unhappy customers and deserve nothing good life has to offer! I'm sure they have many happy customers but if you have a problem, FORGET IT! If your in oz pal look out! Your Piss'n on the wrong people Fuckwit!
I ordered a large order which shipped 4 business days later (which is 2 days more than the 24-48 hours advertised). After shipping it I get an email from them saying that a particular item is not in stock and did not ship. I email them about this saying that without that item, my other items are essentially useless. I promptly receive a very rude short phone call saying "All your items are still useable. We no longer carry this item. This is why we hate dealing with you Canadians, because you are so unreasonable!" I replied with "I'm unreasonable?" but heard a dialtone as she had instantly hung up on me. How childish. What kind of customer service is that? Why are they advertising items that they dont carry? Why would they ship an incomplete order without contact? More importantly, why would they insult an entire nation just because they screwed up my order? They still seem to like my Canadian currency though. Will never deal again, very insulted. I hope to help others avoid this complete lack of customer service!
this company has cheap high quality products but there service suck @ss. I ordered an item and the website said it was in stock, but it was never actually in stock i and paid for overnight delivery. one item was delivered but other item was out of stock so it never shipped. when i called to ask if i was still gonna be charged for over night delivery on the second item the owner deleted the backordered item without askin me if i still wanted it and hung up on me. called back twice to ask a question and was hung up on twice more. this company does not deserve customers so dont order from them
some of the cheapest toys on the net. have purchased from this company twice now. the first time was awesome with fast shipping and no problems. However the second time they replaced an item we had ordered with an item we did not. we then entered into a 3 month long exchange of emails with this company as they said they had sent the replacement but nothing else. there communication was one sentence long and very rude, and we waited for up to a month each time to get a reply. the item never arrived and they have since started ignoring my emails. Its up to you if you wish to use them, however just pray they don't stuff up.
