Klantonvriendelijk

WIN XP mediacentre installeren lukte niet (computer aangeschaft bij NcTheStore/Oud Beijerland) na zelf plaatsen van nieuwe HD na crash a.g.v. virua aanval. Woe. ochtend 3-2-10 gebracht, meteen na opening. Belofte: na 3 tot 5 werkdagen klaar. Vrijdagochtend na zelf contact opnemen was de pc "net klaar", volgens mij iets meer dan 5 werkdagen! Dan..za. ochtend niet open. Nog mijn vrouw, nog ikzelf en buren kunnen door de week langs komen om de pc op te halen, i.v.m. werk (Onderwijs in Rotterdam; Zorg en Welzijn). Hiervoor al enkele malen via email een vraag inzake hardware gesteld, nadien inzake het vinden van een oplossing om de pc af te halen, indien mogelijk na sluiting; geen enkele maal enig reactie. Nu dus alleen mogelijk om de pc af te halen in de week van 22 feb. a.s. (Krokusvakantie), m.a.w. na ong 3 weken de pc weer thuis. Hoezo "Klantvriendelijk"?
