Poca chiarezza e poca serietà

Spiego in breve:
Ordine on line del 20/08/2011 (scatto remoto e livella a bolla per Reflex);
Bonifico del 28/08/2011;
Ricevuta conferma del pagamento e spedizione del pacco;
Corrispondenza varia per chiarimenti da parte mia, e risposte non molto convincenti da parte loro;
Ad oggi, dopo 28 giorni, non ho avuto più notizie da parte loro e neanche il pacco regolarmente pagato.
Diamo fiducia qualche altro giorno, poi andrò giù pesante con i commenti.
