super god kundeservice, kan klart anbefales

jeg hade 2 gange forgæves forsøgt og bestille et sæt fælge fra en anden virksomhed så bestilte dem hos nordjysk-daekcentral og ringet til ham med et spørgsmål ang fælgene som han ville undersøge,
der gik ik langt tid før han ringet tilbage med svar på mit spørgsmål og besked om at han godt kunne skaffe fælgene og han spurgte mig hvilken bil de skulle monters på så han kunne sende de rigtige centrerings ringe og rigtige hjulbolte med,
fælgene var så godtnok ik lagervare hos ham men der gik afligevel kun 1 uge så blev de leveret på min adr

Nemt, billigt og hurtigt

1. dækvalg var udsolgt, hvilket jeg fik mail om allerede senere samme dag. Samtidig var den nye leveringsstatus for dækkene rettet på hjemmesiden. Andre dæk blev bestilt, og de var her et par dage senere. Fin underretning via mail i hele forløbet. Kan anbefales.
