Charges card Instantly but never sends PRODUCT
This experience with this website has for sure changed my thoughts on online shopping, might actually be the only negative online experience I have had. Site at first glance is a standard online store. Once you place your order for your product your card is instantly charged then they send you a confirmation email. After that email you NEVER hear from them again the customer service is through email that they never respond to. Its been a month with no word from the company. Maybe ill get the product next year.
