Unhelpful unfriendly service.
They charge my cc card for premium membership which I never asked.Don’t try to get your money back because they won’t pay you back.Basically you can call them scammers because they are.

The lady who answered the phone was very efficient and helpful. I would like to give her a recommendation to her supervisor, I’m sure the call number will have her name, she restored my trust in these type of apps as she explained what I would benefit and lose from unsubscribing from the service very clearly.

Although I didn't get the outcome I was expecting, I was very satisfied with the resolution and how the call handler made me feel. I was initially worried I would be losing my faith in Opodo when I was given the initial answer to my queries, but my faith was restored to through the empathetic and understanding nature of the call handler. A great listener, she was able to identify my needs and come up with an agreeable solution

I made a flight booking at a discount price using Opodo Prime. I went on the trip but didn't know I was about to pay for annual membership with Opodo. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that I had to cancel a Prime membership before a trial period end, so my account was charged £99.99 when I finally noticed. My flight costed around £100 so I ended up paying twice for my flight instead of getting it cheaper. I called to rectify the issue and see if a refund could be issued. The advisor told me that nothing can be done and he didn't even offered me 50% discount. I'm really disappointed and I'll never use Opodo again.

If I could give them no star ,would be more fitting.seems opodo are contractor for edreams.these charlatans took double payment for return ticket -glasgow/Stansted.
Flights with ryanair ,who's nasty name ,keeps echoing through trust pilot.
My trip all paid for ,didn't happen.
Ryanair refused to accept ,3rd party reference ref for flight ,edreams/opodo being their contractors ?
I lost around £700.00 , accomodation being paid for too.
If your thinking of booking threw any of these side-walk gutter pirates ,pls don't ,pls read reviews .
Worse thing about this ,these charlatan company's ,refuse to even discuss this issue,,,really turns my stomach ,their even allowed to trade.
Pls stay away from them .

Customer service is kept in high regard.
The call assistent picked up immediately and solved my issue within a few sentences.
For people who travel by plane frequently the membership is worth considering.

Just a horror. Just buy ticket and thry hook you into prime and never send any email you subscribed first to their 15 days free service and then they chanrge you 109 euro for a year on the day that you can still cancel and when you cancel that day they make it impossible to delete the card, play wirh you back and forth how to cancel subscription, chat cannot help you and they ask you to call their expencive interneational call lines and above all even if you have payed for the whole year because you have deleted your card they do not let you use their prime services yiu payed??? How is it possivle that scam like this exist on the market???

I was first a bit disappointed and wanted to cancel my Prime abonnement but the woman on the phone was really nice and helpful and offered me a good price as compensation.
