Sometimes it pays to be patient... There was a dress I was absolutely in love with and clearly, I wasn't alone because after considering all of my options I went back to actually buy it and it was completely sold out! I felt completely hopeless but luckily, I did a live chat with customer service- best decision of my life! Every employee I spoke with was exceedingly polite, easy to work with, and eager to help. they put on on a notification email list, and what do do you know, a few days later I received an email saying the dress was back in stock! Not to be dramatic or anything but, best customer service in the WORLD!!!

I was excited to check out this store because of its shipping policies and product selection; unfortunately, the order process was plagued by problem after problem.
First, when attempting to use the store-provided code for free shipping over a certain total, the code showed up as nonexistent. Then, when trying to contact support about it, the support form gave an error code repeatedly. After a few days waiting for a Facebook message reply, the issue was finally solved.
Then, when trying to place the full order, PayPal wouldn't allow the payment to go through. Again, I contacted support. This time, they answered fairly quickly and provided an extra discount for my trouble – because of this, I was hopeful, despite the multitude of problems.
My clothes arrived over a week ago. Only half of what I purchased was in the bag, and one of the items was duplicated. I contacted support about a week ago, and have received no reply.
The clothes are cheap but seem okay in quality, fitting quite well. It's unfortunate that all of these problems with the order have ruined any chance of further purchases from this store.
