I have been buying e liquid from Paradise Vape for many years now. James once use to be very good with his customers, but unfortunately with my last order, which cost me £43 (golden Virginia) the e liquid was nothing like the Golden Virginia I have been purchasing for many years. I use to mix my own Juice many years ago and know the ins and outs of how a few drops of this extra or few drops of that, can totally change the taste and smell of the e juice.

Well when I recieved the Golden Virginia e liquid, I opened it up and took a sniff of the juice, omg it smelt awful, had this smell that made me want to vomit. I contacted James to explain this and his reply was “ recipe has not been changed as far as I’m aware” Seems he wasn’t interested, so I placed a few mls in my cleoromiser and tried it, it was unvapable! I wrote back to James after searching for his phone number and finding it was no where to be found ( years ago he use to have his number large on the home page of his site) and I explained to him how the e juice is definitely not Golden Virginia that I have been purchasing for many years. He never replied!!!! I am very disappointed in James. I feel now he has all his customers under his thumb and doesn’t need to advertise any longer he whips off his phone contact details and ignores customers issues.

I originally gave these 5 stars as had problem with payment and sorted very quickly communication spot on. I received the 2 batteries I ordered and they lasted 3 days at most. Emailed seller to find out what his thoughts were as surely unacceptable and guess what - communication all of a sudden has gone quiet. I would stick with the bigger players these promised so much and delivered so little 😠 - most upset I was conned and they do not offer free shipping to the UK for one of the reviewers information! !

Ordered a back up battery from paradise vape primary because of their prices, i had heard nothing of the company before. I ordered the battery and was happy...then i waited for my purchase....then waited some more...then around 2 or 3 weeks later i received a form from the post office through my door stating the correct postage amount had not been paid by paradise vape for my order so i would need to pay that amount plus a £1 pound handling fee to the post office. I would have been happy to go through the long wait, and with paying the post office money if the battery was good, but it is horrible, its 1100mah (supposedly) by my 600mah battery is out performing it. Terrible company, would not recommend.

Had one order that didnt arrive and got it the next day after contacting James. Excellent service, the rest of my orders are here the day after ordering, almost everytime.
The e-juice this guy sells is absolutely brilliant, as are the rest of the items I've purchased. Thoroughly recomended. 5 Stars all round.

Good site if you need stuff for your electronic cigarette! Both accessories and e-liquid. This site has a bunch of options and the prices are very good!

The customer service is awesome and informative too.

The best thing is that no matter how much you buy, they offer free shipping to europe - and possibly other destinations as well?
