I ordered a Kidkraft Kitchen for my daughter's birthday, and they took the money from my credit card the same day. A couple of days later i received an e-mail with an 'order update', expecting the 'new status' to say dispatched, but instead it said cancelled. I sent an e-mail reply to this (not rude) basically saying that i had not cancelled the order and that hopefully it was a mistake, but received no reply whatsoever. I phoned them for two whole days, but nobody picked up the phone, it was like they had gone bust and nobody was there. A few days later my credit card was refunded, but i've still got no idea what happened and i will never use this website again. I was appalled that this automatic e-mail system was all that i received.

Incorrectly advertised product, when pram was delivered it was not the same model that i ordered. Asked for the correct pram to be sent out which they claim they do no stock any more. Then asked for the car seat to be sent out that was missing from the order and was told it should have never been included. This company is a joke. Place your order with another online store, you wont loose any money as most the other stores price match anyway. Shocking customer service when i complained i was swore at and given little option on a replacement product.

I will never shop with this store again and advise others to say clear.

Phoned on the day of delivery to say product was out of stock so arranged a replacement to be delivered which they said was being dispatched immediately only to receive an email again on the next day of delivery to say this product was aslo out of stock, total waste of time.

The play kitchen is fantastic, the kids love it and I am more than happy with the product, but be prepared to build it yourself as comes in a LOT of pieces, but thankfully I am quite good at things like that and the kids helped for the first hour!! My only grumble is with the delivery as I was emailed and texted to say the date of delivery so took the day off work and told the kids it was coming at about 4/5 o'clock I received a email and text with a different delivery date! So I had to take a further day off work to be at home again! Now it is here tho it looks great and I am sure once it is stocked up with all the food and pots and pans it will get years of play and go on and on even after mine have outgrown it. A+++++++++++

Ordered a scooter and they didn't have the colour I wanted but offered me what they had got with postage refund. They were very appologetic and polite.

From start to finish I received excellent service. Sam Rutter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we are delighted with the products. The next day delivery with the 1 hour time slot was so useful and we knew exactly what was happening thanks to the phone and text messages.

Made two seperate orders. One order was direct order and the other pre order. Was kept uptodate on dates and delivery via email. When contacted customer service by phone/email they where curtious and very good.

Parentsupermarket where really good with delivery and explaining what the item did especially as a new* parent I wanted to be sure my baby was getting the best from the Graco sweetpeace. After ordering we had an issue with the item, the motor stopped working and this was before my baby was due to arrive. I was so sad, buh once I called parentsupermarket, and informed them about the issue, they where helpful and ordered me a new motor. Since then our lil girl has been enjoying her sweetpeace and she is now 8months.... Thank you all at parentsupermarket. I will be back soon.

had a problem with a pram and I asked them to arrange replacement and they even did not tell me which day someone is going to collect pram, very bad communication and they were very rude with me!!! I had to bin brand new pram with broken frame (as I was told they not going to arrange second collection) and bought new one but not from them. I will never buy anything from this company!!! Very nasty people!!

The Red Kite 'Little Bugs' walker is ok. My son loves the toys on it. Two things though we are not happy with. Firstly, the toy tray is very, very tight and difficult to get off. As the on/off switch is on the tray and concealed underneath when it's on the walker we tend to leave it turned on. Also the blocks that go on the walker restrict the movement alot when he is on the carpet. Actually he can't move at all. Not having had one before not sure if this is normal on walkers as a 'safety' feature. It moves ok on the kitchen floor.
OK for the price.

No complaints at all- I ordered a twin pushchair. PS were the cheapest for what I wanted and delivered really promptly. No fuss, no hassle, good service.

This company caused me so much stress and aggrevation. I decided to order nursery stuff before my lg arrived and they didnt arrive until her due date. The first few delivery dates i took days off work but to no avail. They then promised a saturday delivery and that didnt happen the advisor didnt key it in supposedly. I was in tears to this company and so stessed out i disnt need this while i was hormonal! Eventually goods arrived ... Cotbed mattress, cot and bedding. No bouncer. I called told them i ordered a cotbed not a cot which could have been seen from the order email and the fact i ordered a cotbed mattress. The bouncer was already paid for they had obviously given it to someone else. The told me the would pick up cot and send out a cotbed (5 days off work at this point) and the would refund the bouncer and give me £5 compensation for the hassle.
Company is a joke customer service also a joke i wouldnt reccomend anyone use them. There are much better sites and companies to deal with.
