I ordered a door but never received it. After I sent several emails, they replied that they couldn't find a suitable delivery service. On further mails I never received an answer.
They almost never answer the phone and when they rarely do they are very rude and dismissive, as if they are doing you, THE CLIENT, a favour. They don't keep their promises and instead of owning up and clarifying things they proceed to avoid you.

The review is for another company maybe with similar name that produce software. We are windows manufacture dude! The reviewer has fake e-mail address, only one review on Trustpilot and never answer to our request to clarify the experience with us. For sure Trustpilot should remove this fake review!
