My parents was in the store in Franklin Mills Mall in PA and they was helped by a woman name Lisa she was the store manager. My parents are from Jamaica and do not speak English, when I walked in both my parents and Lisa had there phone's out for translation and Lisa was so patient and kind with them. She helped my father pick out 2 bottles of cologne and he was smiling from ear to ear. My mother said she could not believe this woman put so much effort into helping them. I would recommend if you are looking for cologne or perfume and you want great service visit Perfume4u and ask for Lisa.

My Husband and I were in Southaven , Mississippi, at the Tanger Outlets ,I was looking for a certain Perfume,so we decided to go to Perfume 4 U,We met the most bubbly ,bright ,funny Sales Associate her name was Tasha,she was so Friendly and she picked out a Parfum that I just fell in love with ,the perfume I was originally looking for ,No longer interested,I have a new Fragrance,Lol, Thanks Tasha for your Great Customer Service

I Bought two New Parisian Perfumes, One Called Le Cosmos from Gerard Monet and Le Vent from Gerard Monet, Never heard of that designer, but my Friends love the Perfumes. They say they will never ever go back to Eau de Toilette, that I made a good purchase and want more. I bought myself a Claude Marsal Le Violon and it's delicious and long lasting. Very good Quality!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR GOODS, I AM NOW £52 POUND LIGHTER!!!! I ordered on the 26/11/16 and only just got told today (25/4/17) that there is nothing they can do because Royal Mail said it had been delivered but the tracking number they gave me didn't even match my address! SCAM ALERT!!!

No goods, no response! Please take this company off Google search and protect others!

I ordered 2 Bvlgari deo-sticks (apparantly in stock 20th Oct. 2013), recieved my order-notification, and two days later, the payment was deducted from my account (paid by credit card). After waiting 5 days with no shipping confirmation, i mailed them questioning status for my order. No answer. Three days later, another query by mail, still no response. I have now instructed my bank to cancel the transaction.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! IT IS APPARENTLY A SCAM!

Followup three days later:
After this review and a very angry mail to the company, I received two mails: the first a "resent original" order confirmation (with no original date) stating that "Your tracking number WAS:" and an anonymous copy+pasted shipping number (but no company information). If the mail is original, wouldn´t they write "Your tracking number IS"? The second, a mail saying "Ups, sorry you didn't recieve the original mail" stating I could return the goods for a refund. My lord, they are Scameteurs! I sure hope my bank can cancel the payment! I wouldn't send ANYTHING back to them ... oh yeah, and I STILL haven't recieved anything!

FINALLY: After another week's wait, I have received my payment again, and the transaction has been cancelled, and I have edited my review accordingly as asked by perfume4u in a mail received 3rd nov, 2013.
I found a company in Germany who does everything by the book (order confirmation, tracking number, status-mails), and it has taken just three days to receive
my order! I wonder who's going to get my business in the future ...

Finally, and hopefully it ends here, Trustpilot has asked me to confirm my purchase because of a "Wrong company" complaint ... I wonder who complained ;-) ...
The purchase has been confirmed, and hopefully this review will help others in choice of net-company in the future.

I never received the perfume I bought. The money was transfered in the end of August (two months ago), and after af couple of weeks I started to get worried. The company didn't respond to my e-mails for a long time, and when they finally did, they told me the package was on its way. It never came, and afterwards they stopped replying to my refund request.

I have now contacted my bank and the local police after having sent 8-10 e-mails to Perfume4u.co.uk in the last 1½ months with no answer to my request for a total refund.

I get the feeling that this is a scam site - no doubt! Don't buy from this site...!

UPDATE;
The company has complained to Trustpilot and claimed my review to be dishonest (quite ironic!) to get it removed from Trustpilot. It was very easy to verify my "purchase" and prove my honesty. I guess Perfume4U must have hoped I had deleted the evidence...

Even more reason now not to ever use this company.
